These load resistors do an excellent job whenever aftermarket HIDs fail to perform properly. Many factors play a role how your new headlamps will act, and it’s not always easy to find or comprehend the underlying cause of one or other issue. And furthermore, different causes involve different solutions, but contrary to that there’s almost a cure-all - loadresistors. GEORGIA ·   In Georgia, not more than four  lights  may be  lighted  at one time on in front of a vehicle, being a  headlamp  or an auxiliary  lamp  or spot lamp, that projects a  beam  with an intensity brighter than 300 candlepower. ·   It is unlawful to operate any motor  vehicle  equipped with a device producing any blue  lights , whether flashing, blinking, revolving, or stationary. ·   It is unlawful to operate a motorcycle equipped with a device producing any blue ( LED )  lights . ·   At least one break  light  is required to drive the  vehicle  on the highway. ·   In addition to  headlights  and tail  lights , vehicles in Georgia are allowed to have additional  lighting  including at least two fog  lights  (see below). NEW MEXICO Headlights Law

1.    Any  lighted   lamp  or illuminating device on a  vehicle  (other than  headlamps , spot lamps , auxiliary  lamps  flashing turn signals) which projects a beam of an intensity greater than 3770 lumens shall be so directed that the beam will not strike the level of the road at a distance of more than 75 feet from the  vehicle . 2.    Flashing  lights  are prohibited, though flashing red  lights  may be used as warning lights on disabled or parked  vehicles  and on any  vehicles  as a means of indicating a turn.
