H13 is a dual-filament bulb which is used for both: high and low beams (2004-2012 Nissan Sentra and 2007-2017 Jeep Patriot). Most OEM lights are not bright enough and the car enthusiasts need to drive in the dark. Kensun offers you upgrading to HID or LEDlights for better visibility and your safety.  
Thousands of people are choosing HID kits since there is a number of available options. First of all, we should mention that there are single and dual beam kits. With the first one, you can upgrade only one beam (high or low), while with the dual beam kit you will get both beams upgraded. This depends on the model of your vehicle and the type of the housing it has. With Bi-Xenon kit you are getting high and low beams Xenon, as one bulb is used for both lights. When speaking about the Low Xenon/High Halogen kit, you will get upgradedlow beams (Xenon), while the high beams will be halogen just like your factory bulbs.

GEORGIA ·   In Georgia, not more than four  lights  may be  lighted  at one time on in front of a vehicle, being a  headlamp  or an auxiliary  lamp  or spot lamp, that projects a  beam  with an intensity brighter than 300 candlepower. ·   It is unlawful to operate any motor  vehicle  equipped with a device producing any blue  lights , whether flashing, blinking, revolving, or stationary. ·   It is unlawful to operate a motorcycle equipped with a device producing any blue ( LED )  lights . ·   At least one break  light  is required to drive the  vehicle  on the highway. ·   In addition to  headlights  and tail  lights , vehicles in Georgia are allowed to have additional  lighting  including at least two fog  lights  (see below). NEW MEXICO Headlights Law
